A two day in depth class on the practical skills you need behind the espresso bar:
- Learn the differences between different types of espresso machines / grinders,
- Theory of grinding & extraction,
- Milk frothing techniques,
- Advanced latte art,
- Coffee bar operations & maintenance,
- Health and safety.
Duration: 16 Hours over 2 and half days (w/1hr lunch break)
