What you'll learn
During this one-hour workshop, we will go through the history on cocktails, the basic concepts and techniques, as well as the different methods to build a cocktail. We'll also introduce you to the equipment that every mixologist has in their arsenal as they whip up your favourite tipple.
What to expect on the day
This hands-on interactive class will have a maximum of six participants; we begin with an introductory history on cocktails before each participant roll their sleeves up to shake and stir their own cocktails.
