We will kick off the class by sharing different ways coffee is processed in order to give you the background knowledge of coffee flavours.
After our intro and we will use our signature filter coffee beans to demo the following brewing methods you will be learning and practicing: M1 Dripper(星芒), Clever Cup and Aeropress.
You will be tasting and comparing how these different methods influence the coffee's taste and body before diving in and practicing the techniques first hand.
